Two Turkish-flagged vessels collided off Istanbul in the Marmara Sea on Wednesday.Authorities have been unable to contact 10 crew members aboard one of the vessels, while there was no visible damage on the other vessel, the Istanbul governor’s office said, as quoted by Reuters.
